I’m very excited to announce the arrival of my new Couples Power Pack and my new Parents Power Pack! These are great tools for adding a little spark to your romantic relationships and a little connection and fun to your relationships with children. You can use them for yourself or give them away as gifts to your family and friends.
Below are brief descriptions of each card set followed by one suggestion on how to use the cards in your
relationships. Feel free to contact me with any questions, suggestions, or feedback at
Until then, buy a pack today and add a little tenderness to your relationships!
There are ten Relationship Cornerstones. Each cornerstone is essentially a rule of engagement regarding relationships. If you practice these ten cornerstones and interweave them into your relationships, I have no doubt you will experience significant improvement in your life.
· Randomly choose one cornerstone card each week, and each day focus on incorporating that particular cornerstone into your relationships. Place the card on your fridge, on the bathroom mirror, or in your pocket, as a reminder to keep it at the forefront of your mind and therefore the forefront of your
relationships.
A Tender Sprinkle is a kind thought that expresses your love, appreciation and thankfulness towards someone in your life. They are little acts of kindness meant to touch another’s heart. Tender Sprinkles were designed to make it easier for people to take the time to show their loved ones they care. If you’re not good with words, take out a tender sprinkle and allow it to speak for you.
· Place a sprinkle in your partner’s PDA or day-timer so s/he will see it when s/he arrives at work.
Tender Coupons are relational gift certificates. You can use these coupons for any occasion or for no occasion whatsoever. These cards are meant to be a short cut into intimacy. They are an easy way to bring cherishing and tenderness into your relationships.
· Place one or more coupons in a birthday, anniversary, or thinking-about-you card as an extra touch.
Allow the Tender Sprinkles to help you put your feelings for your partner into words, the Tender Coupons to help you be spontaneous in your relational gifts, and the Relationship Cornerstones to serve as quick references for ten basic relational rules to live by.
HOW IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR CHILDREN? NOW AVAILABLE . . .
Imagine having 3 decks of cards that you can use in your daily life to communicate better and build a stronger relationship with your child(ren)! It’s here and called the Parents Power Pack.
The Parents Power Pack is a great touchstone for parents and children. Kids love them because they’re fun to receive and they often result in more connection with their parents. Parents love them because they result in greater connection with their children AND they can incorporate them into their busy lives for little money and a manageable amount of time.
You can place a Tender Sprinkle or a Tender Coupon in your child’s lunch, back pack, under his/her bed at night, or in the suitcase when they go to camp or grandma’s house. My kids love them and I’m sure yours will too!
The Parents Power Pack is a nice, soft touch in the hectic pace of daily living. If you travel, kids love to have one by their bedside to remind them of you while you’re gone. They’re even nice to use when you and your teenager can’t seem to get on the same page and you want to let your son/daughter know you still care about him/her.
CHALLENGE: Purchase a Couples Power Pack, Parents Power Pack, or both today and start adding a more relational touch to your relationships. Let me know what you think!
Congratulations, Lisa, on perservering to get these wonderful, portable relationship reminders on the market. I bought three Children's Power Packs for each of my three grand children since their parents are leaving them in my care while they go on a 5-day business trip for the first time away from their children.
